For the Honor and Glory of my Lord, Jesus Christ

Since I was a child needles, and needlework have been interwoven in my life. First with my grandmother and mother patiently showing me how to sew. Helping my Dad with the farming and giving animals injections was next. As an Adult, I was a L.P.N. for many years. I love artistic needle work of all kinds, and especially enjoy designing my own patterns. Hardanger, Cross stitch, Hemstitching, Embroidery, Beaded objects, Jewelry, I love it all!

I have a few of my patterns available to see online.

Most of my cross stitch patterns were graphed by hand, but I now use a computer program. I love being to make a change without losing what I have done. I use the Pattern Maker from Hobby Ware.

Do you know any Hemstitching knots or good reference books about Hemstitching? I would like to learn all I can about it. My grandmother did beautiful hand work and I would like to know as much as possible about all the different Needle Arts.
